Leather Seat Issues

I have bought since 2008 2 XF Saloons , 2 XF Sportbrakes and now the F Pace and I regret to say that the quality of the leather on the seats has got progressively worse. There is no "leather" smell any longer like I still have on my 1965 Jaguar MK2 and the leather is creasing already on my F Pace after 5 months and 6000 miles. Jaguar cars are now being built down to a price and interior quality is not a feature any longer.
I have already rejected my F Pace as not being fit for purpose with mechanical issues and I am awaiting delivery of the replacement so I am not persueing the leather quality issue and waiting to see if the next one is any better. Quality issues are typical when accountants run companies.
Well, the hole on the side of my driver's seat cushion is the only complaint I have left about the F-Pace. Everything else was fixed. This car is a dream. It's a sport sedan that sits up high and can do light off-roading. And it is beautiful.

The FE uses higher grade leather than that found in the lower trims.
On the seats yes, but the bolsters will still wrinkle a bit. Unfortunately, the center armrest in the FE is the same onion skin thin cheap leather that's in the other variants. Mine is peeling already after 8 months and about 8500 miles. My right arm rests on it quite often. The center armrest in my Lexus GS had thick, rich comfortably padded leather. In three years and 34,000 miles, not a single crease or peel.

Love my 5-year, 60,000 miles warranty! I was an early, early adopter -a.k.a. beta tester- but except for a clinking sound inside the car (now gone), I've had zero problems except for the ICTP software stuff. I didn't have the differential leaking problem; I didn't even have squeaky isolators, but they were replaced anyway. My most annoying problem as an early, early adopter (took delivery in May 2016) was a hole that appeared on the side of my driver's seat after four months. A hole in my white Windsor leather seat. That was also fixed free of charge by my dealer. After nine months, I've had a nearly trouble free driving and maintenance experience. If I could just keep strangers away from my car... :(
