When you have pinpointed your address double click the navigation icon button, or maybe there's a single click, but a "mute" button appears.
Thanks I'll give that a shot, but it sounds like you need to do that for every trip then? When you have pinpointed your address double click the navigation icon button, or maybe there's a single click, but a "mute" button appears.

If she didn't completely kill the music and only turned it down a little so I could hear her I would be fine with it, but the completely stopping the music is annoying.I like her. Getting directions from her really adds to the whole 'British car' experience.
For ICTPSo I've searched the forum, browsed and looked through the manual and I can't seem to find how to do the following. Shut up the lady giving me the nav directions. I don't want her interrupting my music anymore. I have the regular nav screen, the screen to the left on the main dash, and the heads up display all telling me when I have to turn. I don't need her telling me as well and interrupting the music. I know I can turn her all the way down using the volume control while she is speaking, but that doesn't seem to stop the music from stopping when she needs to talk. Does anyone have any ideas on this? I've been through many settings and I haven't found where I can simply turn off the spoken directions with the nav.
