Can anyone tell me what kind of oil is in the transfer case on a 2018 Jaguar F-Pace S?

Took a look at the shop manual and it says the transfer case oil is Statoil SL12-301. It is a “life time” oil so it isn’t easy to find.

Took FPace (2020) to main dealer last week noises - left two days told transfer box - asked to take it away and see if worsens - I did and it has - anyone else had similar
