The remote climate start keeps giving me the following message every time I try to start my 2020 F-Pace 2.5t. I have made sure all windows are closed and performed a windows reset as well, but I still can't get the app to start the vehicle.

I recently upgraded the app to the new 2.13.0 version as well, but that didn't make a difference.
