Hi all, i just got my new car on friday and i realised that there are no incontorl apps installed, and no connectivity menu in the settings as per the manual and online guides. my dealer tells me that they are only for US and UK, i don't believe them, at the beginning they forgot to download the maps for the navigation.

does any one know how to activate them ? or any thoughts ? on the matter, i have gone back to the dealer and they insist they cannot help me. So i just believe i paid 2000 for the extra big screen?

thats weird, where are you from? you should contact jaguar either by Facebook or their website to see if they can help you with your issue.

What a bunch of crap!! then why did they charge you for it??

Why do i get the feeling that customer service is only GOOD in the U.S.? I hear so many stories of people overseas being given the run around when they have a legit complaint !! And this is NOT specific to Jaguar dealers either!!

Wonder where our new forum friend is have not heard back?
He's probably too busy playing with his APPS , now that you showed him the way !!! ;)
