Digital Instrument Cluster Retrofit (MY17->MY19)

Wanted to see if anybody knew if it was even possible to retrofit the new digital display cluster from the 2019 model years in the 2017 F-Pace R-Sport. I currently have the full digital display, but the newer system looks much cleaner and I much prefer the layout. From my understanding this isn't something that can be updated via software(sadly), but before I start digging around salvage yards and picking parts, would this even be possible to do? Im sure the connectors are similar behind the unit and if they are, could it be as simple as a plug and play swapping out my version with a used 2019 version?
