Have a 2017 S with two years left on the warranty and received the following message when bringing up the navigation screen "Your connected services license expired. To keep using these services, please renew your license". Have a call into Jaguar NA but have not heard back. Any ideas?

You could try mainline JLR. That license was supposed to run for 5 years, so you are supposed to be good through 2021 I would think.

Called Mainline JLR and they told me I had let my ATT sim card expire. Wrong like usual. Have been using a T-Mobile sim for the last three years with no problems. It is definitely something else.

There was a very early issue with expiration year being a year short on 5 yrs of service but at least in my case it’s been corrected in what I see online.

go to incontrol.jaguar.com and on the Remote tab scroll to bottom of page and you should see your expiration dates for incontrol services.

jaguar.here.com will showing you same for maps and navigation services.

Seems like the license was not updated at the time of PDI, still had the default 3 year, since was build in 2016 as a 2017 model then the 3 yrs is up, the dealer should be able to fix that for you.

Never thought of that. Is the default 3 years because of a different warranty period in the UK?

Unfortunately, both corporate and the dealership agree that it is my T-Mobile Sim card. They said that only the AT&T Sim card is guaranteed to work with my system. Of course, this makes no sense as my T-Mobile Sim has been working perfectly for three years and I still have connectivity with Weather and News. I guess I will just use Waze on CarPlay and stop using the car's navigation. I wish Jaguar fully understood their ICTP system!

Sad but a typical answer from the dealership we both use. G, I would go to West Chester and have them look and see if that PDI thing was done wrong. They seem to be easier to work with in my opinion.

Corporate doesn't care, they know there isn't much you can do about it.

One more thought, have you tried running data through your phone as a hotspot rather than through sim to see if anything changes? I too think answer you got is BS. Seems to me ICTP agnostic on where its internet connection coming from, as long as it sees data it should be happy and not know the difference,
