and isn't SUV traditionally suppose to have a V6 engine?

nowadays every SUV maker using I4 turbo, for cost reduction? or what?

so if you are buying a SUV, with I4 turbo engine, that is too bad.

I am glad I got a V6.

Yes, traditionally even small premium SUVs often came with V6 engines, but those are now becoming rare, killed off by two developments: 1) U.S. and EU environmental laws, regulations and taxes, and 2) the development of powerful turbo 4s with greatly reduced lag and increased HP/torque. If you will notice, you can still find V6s (typically turbo or supercharged) in premium compact crossovers, but usually only in a much more expensive sport configuration. The car companies can't afford to sell *too* many of them because of what that would do to their CAFE rating, so for the regular versions (say, the Audi Q5) it is no longer even an option (unless one steps up to the SQ5).

Sounds like maybe you bought the MY '18 Portfolio. I believe it was only sold in white and came with the Windsor leather seats.

yes it is this one you mentioned: portfolio

at that day I was reluctant to listen to the dealer, because even on their website, there was no 35t LE in their "build my own".
i thought something was fishy, buying a car that is not even in the website

but it definitely have more features than what I was planning to buy, and cost a couple thousand dollars more.

what the ****, it was december, and i was able to only pay the invoice price 62K. I refused all the extra extended warranties, paint protection, etc. The finance guy told me they did not make any money in this car selling to me.

everytime driving it, I can say NICE NICE NICE

I bought the same the 2018 35T which they stopped making the 340 HP V6 after the first quarter of production that year. The S continues to carry the torch with the 380 HP engine. But now the SVR is out as well.

Bottom line i'm so happy with My 18 340 HP. Had one seatbelt harness issue that was covered by warranty. AWESOME vehicle.

340 HP engine is better than any of the I4 schlock in the 2018 model year, short of the S.

I think I know what you're saying... but the S is a V6. So, I think you meant to say, the I4 schlock in the 2018 model year is inferior to either then V6 that came on the portfolio (340hp) or the S model (380hp).

Just being pedantic.
